Children's Fall Classes

The Arts Center offers a variety of hands-on creative art classes and workshops for children from preschool to age 12. Teen Programs are also available.

Music

The Arts Center offers music lessons in guitar, violin, viola, cello and bass. Private music lessons are available for adults & children and group music lessons are offered to children.

Beginning Guitar for Children - Tico Manley

A great way to try the guitar, no musical experience necessary. Learn to read music, play by ear and music theory. This fun introductory course will get you playing in no time. A limited number of guitars are available for use (during class only) please call ahead to reserve a guitar 864-784-9232.

Beginning Strings - Dodie Skaar
Bring your violin, viola, cello or bass and join Ms.Skaar as she teaches you how to read music, how to hold the instrument bow and how to play in a group setting. Learn fun songs and participate in a recital at the end of the semester. Minimum 5 students for class to be held. Recital Monday, November 17, 6pm.
