Martial Arts/ Kuk Sool
Upstate Holistic Health
More than simply another style or system of Asian martial arts,
Kuk Sool can almost be described as a "graduate level"
martial arts program. An extremely comprehensive system, Kuk Sool
is comprised of all aspects of traditional Asian martial arts --
striking and kicking, throwing and grappling, pressure points and
joint locking, animal style techniques, traditional Korean forms,
traditional Korean weapons, falling and martial arts gymnastics
and Asian health and body protection techniques -- all drawn from
the three traditional sub-groups of Korean martial arts and ALL
offered in a single, unified and highly-structured system! Wear
comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
